5. Device Authentication
The App adopts device-based authentication for security. We perform authentication using device ID to prevent unauthorized access and misuse. The device ID is used only for authentication and does not constitute personally identifiable information.
6. Local Data Management
The following data is stored only on the device and is not uploaded to the cloud.
- • Generation History: History of generated excuses
- • Favorites: Saved favorites
- • App Settings: Default tone, severity, and other settings
This data is deleted from your device when you uninstall the App. You can also delete them individually from the App settings screen.
7. Data Retention Period
Google Analytics and Firebase data is managed according to the retention periods specified by each service. Local data (history, favorites, settings) is stored on the device and deleted when the App is uninstalled.
